1 What are the benefits of WB hot/cold therapies?
2. What do you need to ensure the Athlete does (or doesn’t do) so that the hold/cold therapies are utilised to their full potential?
3. What are the benefits of WB recovery sessions?
4. Explain what role the properties of the water play to aid in recovery.
5. What are the advantages of utilising the properties of the water for rehab?
